PTFA
Welcome to the SS Peter and Paul Primary School PTFA Page!
About us:
At SS Peter and Paul School our whole community are members of the PTFA. The PTFA is about building our community and not just fundraising and plays an active role within the school organising social events as well as fundraising for school developments. Our PTFA is a registered Charity and member of ParentKind. Our constitution is based on ParentKind guidelines and is available on the link below.
What we have achieved:
The PTFA are proud to be able to fund both large and small projects across the school. In summer 2023, the PTFA funded the re-development of the Key Stage 2 adventure playground, which has been enjoyed by so many children over the past year. Following on from such a big project, we have spent the last academic year focusing on delivering smaller projects across the whole school that the children were able to get involved with, and this is still ongoing. Funding has been provided for new reading corners for each classroom, new planters on the entrance to the school, and an outdoor table tennis table in the courtyard. The PTFA have also recently funded the refurbishment of the Foundation Stage outside play and learning area.
Getting involved:
We hope that you and your children will enjoy getting involved in the events and initiatives we run throughout the year. All help is welcome, so please don't hesitate to come forward. We also love new ideas, so please let us know if you have any particular skills or interests you would like to offer. More information is available in our new parent pack.
